Most important places for treatment?

So say i only have enough acoustic treatment for 2 or 3 places in the room right now......where would those place be?

Its about a 10x10 room (not ideal i know, but its what i got)

Back corners and the wall directly behind your listening position, and move your listening positionto 38 % of the room length, or in your case 3.8 (I hope-) meters from the front wall (where you face when listening) and centered from the room sides.

^ when you say corners....you mean the whole corner? The length of the wall? Or just up top? across from the listening position?

Moving my speakers out in the room isnt an option.

You almost got it right. It's the listening position that should be where you indicated.

Ideally the whole corner from the floor level up to the roof. But if material is scarce, I believe it's best to cover the centermost places in the corners (body level), like this:
