Charlie's the most talented in most people's eyes, but Scott's pretty legendary as well. Didn't Scott write quite a few riffs etc. in the early days? The guy started Anthrax (with Lilker) and SOD, and wrote most if not close to all of Anthrax's lyrics. Plus he's one of the best rhythm guitarists ever! Didn't he and Lilker write the majority of SOD's music and lyrics as well? I know Scott invented Sgt.
