It appears that the Edguy/Hammerfall Tour will skip Oregon & their only NW date is in Seattle! I'm a bit pissed, because I was really wanting to see them, both for the first time ever! I still might be able to make it, it will obviosuly take some planning as Seattle is a 5 hour drive & it will be in August...

Damn I know the feeling cause most national and intl. metal acts always skip the naptown
with a few exceptions like ozzfest and that killer coc show I saw last week. But
for the most part I either have to drive 3 hours to chicago or columbus oh or 2 hours
to Cincinatti oh. So latley I've been going to local and regional metal shows and I've been
having a real blast seeing all this awesome young talent here in my state! My boys
Demiricous just went to Boston this week to record their cd for metal blade with
the guy that produced the Shadows Fall cd. And my doom bro's in The Gates Of Slumber just came back from a very sucessful European tour so metal is good around
where I live!
