I know we had one somewhere but I can't find it. Maybe it's down the back of the sofa. Still, I'm ging to apologise in advance for this first one because I know it's probably going to piss a few people off

Enter Sandman (1991)

Tapping Into the Emotional Void (1989)

-------------

One Foot in the Grave (1986)

Fight For Freedom (1997)

-------------

Beneath a Black Sky (1995)

The End Complete (1992)

Just a few examples to start us all off. Try and refrain from posting any of the really obvious 'well no shit sherlock' ones (i.e. Mechanix - Four Horsemen) :p

There was a Vektor riff that sounded like "For Whom the Bell Tolls" by Metallica, and another one that sounded like "Am I Evil" by Diamond Head..... I forget which songs though.....

This one is a german "gangster rapper" that stole samples like the two in the previous Clip... they picked out round about 30 stolen samples but he actually stole more than 50 samples like that.

I already mentioned this in the "Similar Riffs" thread, but I'm going to post it again to piss Dave off:

Gelid Remains (1990)

Master of Puppets (1986)

You guys are kidding, right? All I had to listen to was the first 40 seconds of Demolition Hammer to be able to say I know exactly what he's referring to, and I hear it. While the riffs and the tone and everything is clearly different, it does sound similar. As soon as it hit the 35 second mark I thought, that sounds like Master of Puppets.

Still, the intro riff sounds just like a load of stuff. I can't be arsed racking my brains and posting YouTube clips but one would be a riff in Warbringer's 'Beneath the Waves', sounds just like it. It has exactly the same rhythm.
