This is the difinitive answer. For the next and closet thing to headbangers ball watch LA Metal. That show is about as close to "Headbangers Bal" as it will ever get, plus no shitty glam fag bands either!

well i cant watch mtv anyway....i dont have sky or any of that shit......but i heard a while back that decapitated were going to be on mtv?!?!?......is this true, can anybody shed any light on this?

Extreme Rock is on MTV2 and Uranium is on Much Music

Extreme Rock seems to play a better mix. A little Death Metal, some black metal, some mall-metal, some classic stuff. Both are ok only good enough to record and re-edit. For those that like metal videos, comp tapes are all we have. Unless you like strictly death metal...then the La Metal internet thing mentioned above seems like a good bet.
