I have a boat load of MIDI toms I need to export as audio....I see no multi-export function as in Cubase and the likes so whats the best way to do this?

print the tracks select them then go to your drop down in the region list export selected as audio

select the printed files, and in the right side region window, right click and choose "export region(s) as files"

However it doesn't seem to want to work with MIDI
Infact neither way works for MIDI =\
Surely you don't have to print each tom as you would print down a master in real time?

I haven't had to do this in a really long time but if you're using kontakt you set your outputs then in the input of your audio channels select the corresponding instrument input. Then just press record!

change your midi tom output to a free buss .set a new audio track with the buss as its input press 3 on the keypad to print the tracks do that for the toms then the region list thing i was talking about earlier

you should be able to do all of them at the same time if you route everything to free audio tracks

I ended up routing the midi out to instrument tracks and printed them down that way. Seemed to work alright in the end....Shirley.
