This one is for all you Democrats who vote Islam in 2020. When hundreds of thousands of Islamic emigrants enter this country all due too the stupidity of your own vote, these emigrants will strive for positions of power and chip away at your rights, one by one. When Muslims gain political control they implement sharia. This is what you vote for when you vote a pro-Islamic Candidate. All music will be banned, including metal!

Noble Qur'an 31:6, Luqman (Makkah Period)

"And of mankind is he who purchases idle talks (i.e. music, singing) to mislead (men) from the Path of Allah without knowledge, and takes it (the Path of Allah, or the Verses of the Qur'an) by way of mockery. For each there will be a humiliating torment (in the Hell-fire)."

Tafsir Tafsir Ibn Kathir,

"After Allah stated the state of the blessed; those who are guided by the Book of Allah, and thereby listening to its recitation they do benefit; as Allah says: {Allah has sent down the best statement, a Book (this Qur'an), its parts resembling each other in goodness and truth, oft-repeated. The skins of those who fear their Lord shiver from it (when they recite it or hear it). Then their skin and their heart soften to the remembrance of Allah.}, Allah followed with mentioning the state of the wretched ones, they hasten to listening to the flutes and singing accompanied by musical instruments; as Ibn Masud similarly commented on this verses: {And of mankind is he who purchases idle talks to mislead (men) from the Path of Allah} saying, 'By Allah, this refers to singing.' Ibn Masud repeated it three times. Idle speech may refers to polytheism, or that it is all kind of word that hinders people from perceiving the Ayat (signs, proofs and verses) of Allah, and from following His Path. This view was adopted by Ibn Jarir. {to mislead (men) from the Path of Allah} meaning, such a person does this only in opposition to Islam and its people (Muslims). {and takes it by way of mockery.} i.e. in reference it is to those who mock the Path of Allah, {For such there will be a humiliating torment (in the Hell-fire).} i.e. just as they belittle and mocked the Verses of Allah as a means of showing their despise to the signs and the Path of Allah, they will be humiliated in the permanent and everlasting accumulating torment on the Day of Resurrection."

Noble Qur'an 53:59-61, The Star (Makkah Period)

59. Do you then wonder at this recitation (the Qur'an)?
60. And you laught at it and weep not, 61. Wasting your (precious) lifetime in pastime and amusements (singing).

The Sirah

Ash Shifa, Part 4, Chapter 1, Section 2, p.378,

"Similarly on the Day of Conquest, he ordered the killing of Ibn Khatal and his two slavegirls who used to sing his curses on the Prophet."

Jurisprudence

The following is taken from one of the books of Islamic Jurisprudence called "Heavenly Ornaments (Bahishti Zewar)," the Darul-Ishaat edition. This is a classic manual of Islamic Sacred Law which was written with the muslim woman in mind, and is often given to a muslim couple as a wedding gift. On pp.459-560 you'll clearly read that music, dancing and singing is banned in Islam:

"Dancing
There are two kinds of dances in a wedding and both are disallowed and unlawful. Men invite prostitutes to dance before them and women have professional singers perform before them. In the former ghayr mahram men watch women and this is adultery of the eye. When they hear her speak or sing, that is adultery of the ears and when they talk about her that is adultery of the tongue. When one is inclined towards her that is adultery of the heart. Those who are very shameful even touch her and this is adultery of the hand and if they walk to her then that is adultery of the feet. Some dare to do the evil deed too and that is the real adultery. It is stated clearly in a Hadith: Just as the evil act is sin, so too looking (at it) is the sin of the eye, hearing of the ear; walking of the feet; etc. Further, if sin is done openly, it is worst in the eyes of Shairah."

Continued on p.459,

"Music is also played unchecked. This too is a sin. Allah's Messenger said, "My Lord has commanded me to eliminate musical instruments*. It is worth considering the amount of sin a man commits by promoting that which the Prophet came to eliminate. There is also loss in the world for women whose husbands incline to have a soft corner for the dancing girls. These women will then repent all their life. It is strange that these women take pride in observing these customs and the sins accompanying them. This dampen faith."

*footnote: "Transmitted by Ahmad. narrated by Abu Umamah that the Prophet said, "Surely Allah sent me as a mercy and guide to the worlds and commanded me to abolish mazamir (oboe; musical instruments), idols which were worshipped in pre-Islamic days.....The Hadith concludes: It is not lawful to buy or sell them, teach them, trade in them. Their proceeds are also unlawful."

p.460 continued,

"Similarly, dancing among women with or without music should be disallowed. Our books tell us that we are not permitted to have monkey's dance, then how may we expect human being to be permitted to dance. Men may catch a glimpse of women dancing and the same evil of which we have spoken above may take place. Sometimes, these women also sing and their voice carries through to the men. Since it is unlawful for them to hear women singing, the woman who is responsible for this adds this sin to her own. Some women put a cap on the dancing woman's head and since it is a sin to assume appearance of a man, the women who place the cap share in the sin. In short, music, singing, dancing, etc. are sinful and these women often miss their Salah."

Taken from "Reliance of the Traveller," the classic manual of Islamic sacred law.

"MUSIC, SONG, AND DANCE

Musical Instruments

r40.1, "(Ibn Hajar Haytami ) As for the certain condemnation of musical instruments, flutes, strings, and the like by the Truthful and Trustful (Allah bless him and give him peace), who

"does not speak from personal caprice: it is nothing besides a revelation inspired" (Koran 53:3-4),

Let those who refuse to obey him beware lest calamity strike them, or a painful torment. The Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) said:

(1) "Allah Mighty and Majestic sent me as a guidance and mercy to believers and commanded me to do away with musical instruments, flutes, strings, crucifixes, and the affair of the pre-Islamic period of ignorance."

(2) "On the day of resurrection, Allah will pour molten lead into the ears of whoever sits listening to a songstress,"

(3) "Song makes hypocrisy grow in the heart as water does herbage."

(4) "This Community will experience the swallowing up of some people by the earth, metamorphosis of some into animals, and being rained upon by stones." Someone asked, "When will this be, O Messenger of Allah?" and he said, "When songstress and musical instruments appear and wine is held to be lawful."

(5) "There will be peoples in my community who will hold fornication, silk, wine, and musical instruments to be lawful...."

All of this is explicit and compelling textual evidence that musical instruments of all types are unlawful (Kaff al-ra'a' 'an muharramat al-lahw waal-sama (y49), 2.269-70).

r40.2, "It is unlawful to use musical instruments---such as those which drinkers are known for, like the mandolin, lute, cymbals, and flute--or to listen to them. It is permissible to play the tambourine at weddings, circumstances, and other times, even if it has bells on its sides. Beating the kuba, a long drum with a narrow middle, is unlawful (Mughni al-muhtaj ila ma'rifa ma'anialfaz al-minhaj (y73). 4.429-30).

SINGING UNACCOMPANIED BY MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS

r40.3, "(Ibn Hajar Haytami ) As for listening to singing that is not accompanied by instruments, one should know that singing or listening to singing is offensive except under the circumstances to be mentioned in what follows. Some scholars hold that singing is sunna at weddings and the like, and of our Imams, Ghazali and 'Izz ibn 'Abd al-Salam say that it is sunna if it moves one to a noble state of mind that makes one remember the hereafter. It is clear from this that all poetry which encourages good deeds, wisdom, noble qualities, abstinence from worldly things, or similar pious traits such as urging one to obey Allah, follow the sunna, or shun disobedience, is sunna to write, sing, or listen to, as more than one of our Imams have stated is obvious, since using a means to do good is itself doing good. (Kaff al-ra'a' 'an muhar-ramat al-lahw wa al-sama' (y49), 2.273)."

w52.1 (426-31), "Playing stringed instruments; listening to them; playing reed instruments; listening to them; beating a long drum (kuba); or listening to it;

(426-33), "embellishing a poetic ode by mentioning a particular woman, even without indecency, or mentioning an unnamed woman indirectly; or to sing such an ode;

(434-37), "poetry that contains mockery of a Muslim, obscenity, or lying; or singing such poetry and spreading it; (438), composing panegyrics with poetic figures of speech that exceed normal bounds, earning one's living thereby and spending most of one's time at it;

(439) becoming habituated to a lesser sin or sins such that one's disobedience becomes more than one's obedience;

(440) not repenting from an enormity;

(441-42) hatred of the Medina Helpers (Ansar); or speaking badly of any of the prophetic Companions (Allah be well pleased with them all).

k2.3, It is invalid to transact something which is not useful (O: whether the reason for invalidity is the article's baseness or the smallness of the amount being dealt with,) such as vermin, a single grain of wheat, or unlawful musical instruments (dis:r40) (O: such as the mandolin or flute, since there is no lawful benefit in them)."

The Hadith:

Sunan Ibn Majah, Vol.5, Hadith 4020,

"It was narrated from Abu Malik Ash'ari that the Messenger of Allah said: "People among my nation will drink wine, calling it by another name, and musical instruments will be played for them and singing girls (will sing for them). Allah will cause the earth to swallow them up, and will turn them into monkeys and pigs." (Hasan) "Comments: a. Every intoxicant regardless of its name is forbidden. b. Change the name does not change the religious ruling of the matter. For example, usury although it is named interest or markup, it is still considered usury. c. Tricks do not make an unlawful matter a lawful one, rather the sin becomes more severe. d. Playing musical instruments and listening to them is forbidden."

Holy Bible:

Psalm 59:16,

"But I will sing of your strength, in the morning I will sing of your love; for you are my fortress, my refuge in times of trouble."

So you vote Democrat out of your severely misguided hatred for all things Christian only to lose all your rights to listen to music.
