We are Demented Martyr, currently consisting of an American, South African & two Australian musicians & on Virginia based indie label Batliph Records.
We are a progressive metal outfit, we produced math metal tracks for our debut 2009 EP 'Apex Disillusion' & held a number 1 over all top song spot on U.S. online rating station www.feedbackradio.com as well as numbers 1,2 & 3 on their alternative chart off of this EP.
We are releasing our first full length studio album titled 'Hollywood A Fucken Machine' on Halloween 2010 (Not math signatures anymore, prog metal).
Frontman, singer & lyricist Jack King-Lawless is re-locating to California early in 2010 & along with Batliph Management plans on auditioning & placing the perfect blend of musicians to form the final & permanent line-up & start working the American metal scene.

Vocalist guitarist bassist songwriter sound designer programmer producer who doesn’t have time or enough hands to do everything seeks a technically proficient metal guitarist for spring EP release, Summer live work & video shoot and Autumn Album completion.

Guitarist must have strong alternate picking and string crossing ability and experience of low tunings (current material is in A. Plans to experiment with F). Shredding skills advantageous.

This may come as a shock to the people who read this thread, but we are a metal band from the NYC area who need a drummer. So we're hopping on the bandwagon here.

We're a Symphonic Black/Death band from just outside NYC. We've just finished recording/mastering our first EP (which was mastered here ) and we would like to get back to playing live. Our previous drummer left to go play Thrash Metal, and now we're looking for that person who can handle double bass/blast beats/etc etc etc. If you're a metal drummer, you know the drill.

My band, Pyre, have been looking for a keyboardist for several years now, all to no avail. I know posting here is a long shot, but there isn't exactly much to be lost by doing so.

Influences are Iron Maiden, Nightwish, Rammstein, Children Of Bodom, Gamma Ray etc. Keyboardist has to be pretty damn good, and able to commit to weekly rehearsals and reasonably frequent gigs.

I am currently looking for musicians to contribute to my band. At the moment it is just me recording from home, so at the moment individuals who would be up for recording separately and then creating the project etc would be ideal, then if we are all happy we can set aside some times for live rehearsal.

I am looking for a synth/programmer for my industrial extreme metal band. For the moment it is planned to be only a studio project, but maybe one day it will become live too...

That's why I am interested by people wherever they come from (better in Europe, but if not and you're worth it, that's ok!)

You wil have a very important role in this band as ALL the futuristic ambiance will depend on you. And this ambiance is really IMPORTANT!

Best examples influences for this project: Fear Factory (Obsolete, Mechanize), Havoc Unit, Meshuggah (I, Catch 33), Strapping Young Lad (City)...

Be careful: This is absolutely NOT electro-inspired (as Diablerie, Turmion Katilot, ...)

You must know well enough your hardware/software synths and have the minimum required for recording. We are currently working on Reaper, but whatever DAW you're using, that's fine!

We need someone very MOTIVATED as this project is something I've been dreaming to achieve for years!
