It's been a small problem with some CDs I have where it simply takes a shitload of time reading a track, but with TGE it's major. The CD player will--most of the time--not read any of the tracks on either of the two (yes, I bought two) copies of the album. I'm still in the stereo age so I'll always be buying CDs. I tried using a lens cleaner and the problem persists.
Unfortunately this generation seems unkind to the likes of me who still use stereos with disc changers. It looks like this thing will have to be replaced or fixed. Anyone know of any good (obviously online) places where I can get a good replacement? If it must have an mp3 dock then fine. Just a disc changer is the top priority, oh and playing CDs without stuttering around for 10 mins to find the play spot would be nice also.
