Well, I'm back. spent 3 days and 2 nights up there. Its about 40KM from civilization, 20KM of it being 4x4. Its a beautiful lake as you'll see. Very clean. There's about 8 waterfalls all the way around the lake, and 1 river that feeds into it.

We had fun, besides the fact that my buddy forgot the ice for the cooler, rotting some of the meat, and forgetting a lighter. I was able to get a fire going without a lighter anyway so it was okay.

On the way back though, with the 4 of us piled into my Jeep, my exhaust pipe fell off. My muffler is in the middle of the jeep, so the floor of the backseat was heating up pretty bad... had to stop a couple times to throw some water on it so my buddies back there would stop complaining.

So here yar be.

I would have just put all the images on here, except it would take WAY too long to load with all these pictures. These are actually only half... but they best ones.

here's the lake:

very nice pictures. I love the scenery in the rockies. Gotta watch out for the man-eating bears though :p
whats funny is that on our way back after the tail pipe fell off, a bear cub ran across our path. It was totally unexpected.

Wish I could get away and soak up something like that, man
Yea, it was definately awesome. The waterfall was totally a great experience... doesn't happen often... especially an un-bothered one like this one... I was able to get RIGHT into the waterfall itself... British Columbia = Awesome.
