everything seems a bit loose, but that's not necessarily bad.

I gotta ask though, what's it like working with someone using a electric kit?

Working with a band similar to this, this weekend.
And he plans on using my electric kit.
Anything i should take into consideration before-hand to help get things moving faster and better?

that's not deathcore, that's fucking black metal right there. compress everything to shit, master compression, you name it.

Yeah not deathcore really, but pretty cool nonetheless. Snare's a little loud for me in the blast at the beginning.
