This is my recording studio in oaxaca, the poorest state in mexico.

I started last november with only a Fast Track USB and a beringher mic...12 bands later i have managed to get some more things and to have money to spend. There's a big studio here but the guy in charge doesn't even know how to use his equipment, plus he's expensive. minimum wage here is $5 USD a day.

Its a 10x10 ft room :rofl:

great stuff man!! reminds me of when i started, just one of those little 8-channel behringer mixers and a tricked out PC from like 1999.... good times. nice drum sounds on the track by the way, sounds like you did a pretty heavy editing job, and the fine polishing mentality is what seperates the wheat from the chode in modern production of any kind.

rooting for ya man, keep recording bands! best thing i ever started doing. keep us updated on your studio, love to hear more
 
cool man I'm from mexico too and my room is 10x10ft like yours. Did you do the acoustic treatment by yourself or did you contact someone to do it for you, if so, who did you contact?
 
with that gear and budget this is fucking awesome! i'd change your mix place though, move out of that little cavity. looks like trouble to me, haha.
 
Congratulations man! You do a very job with the equipment you have.

Most "pro" studios around here have twice the equipment you have and aren't even near your quality!

And I love those stripes on the wall.
