I'm sorry to say this, but the new Nachtfalke is fucken 'orrible. Conversely, having checked out their first 2 albums, we're talking night and day. Man, if ever a band jumped the shark, Nachtfalke is it.

The production on Hail Victory Teutonia is shockingly bad and detracts from some otherwise great blackened Bathory viking metal. For a production to sound like that on a 2001 release is just bullshit. They obviously forced the deteriorated sound needlessly. Here's hoping Doomed to Die or Land of Frost are an improvement.

I don't believe so, no. It's a cheap way to pick up some Nachtfalke albums though if you're looking to get Doomed to Die or Land of Frost.

they'll all have those fuzzblast guitars. doomed to die is the best, though i prefer hearing hvt. land of frost isvery good. gotta love that lotr intro
