Everything sounds like its in a hole somehow or like it has a bunch of reverb. I don't know, it has the old black metal vibe if that's what you're going for.

Same as above really, you need to bring the instruments to the front of the mix.

@nosgulstic : Yes I'm looking for "the old black metal vibe" although we may have different defintions to it haha. But I still want it to sound "good" and powerful at the same time.

i like the mix. it sounds pretty old school, but not as crappy as old mayhem for example
