need good cymbal samples - recommendations to buy

i have SSD EX with all expansions but i´d like to have a good cymbals set.
i was seeing in the forum and i was listening the joey sturgis cymbals packs, drumwerks cymbals and some more...

what do you recommend?

The best that I've heard have been Sup 2.0 Metal Foundry. If you get Joey's/Drumwerks/etc. cymbals keep in mind that you'll need something to play them through.

Drumagog really isn't good to trigger cymbals with. I've tried. It WORKS, but cymbal samples are generally very big, which Drumagog doesn't like (you end up getting fucking HUGE .gog files >100mb). Also there's no room for articulations, so you need a new instance of Drumagog for each articulation (3-4 for hihats, double if you want OHs and close-mics separate). You really need something like Kontakt.

I don't think so.

There's a Neil Peart kit that's just been released, or soon to be released, for some platform I think BFD. It sounds REALLY good, really realistic. Maybe check that out, if you want a more unique sound.
