Sure they do! Just because they're black metal you think they don't cross genres? You could youtube any song and give a listen: Jumalten Kaupunki, for one example. Wait until the vocals come in, and then listen to the verse of Unter Der Eiche, by Equilibrium. They sound so similar, except that Equilibrium is a bit faster. Sankarihauta, Aurinko ja Kuu... but you can't just listen to the first thirty seconds of a song. You need to pay closer attention, given that Moonsorrow's songs are longer and more complex.

And don't even try to say that Turisas doesn't sound like them, because they sound ever more similar. I'm almost confused as to how someone could like Equilibrium and not Turisas.

Try and find the song "Five Hundred and One" from the Varangian Way. If you don't like that song, you probably won't like the record.

oh, and Katuman Kaiku by Turisas... fuckin great folk metal.

but I did think their album was a little strange, mostly I was annoyed that I was like 'I've heard that sample somewhere, fuck what the hell is it from', so listening to them was just frustrating! (can't even remember which song --- don't want to!)
