Never seen anthrax live

I am so freakin excited it's unbelivable. I can't wait till they come to LA. I've been an Anthrax fan for about, hmmm, 14 years now. But I'm from Israel and they never bothered to throw a show over here!!! So now I'm in LA, and I actually get to go to the reunion tour! What could be more perfect??? If anyone has any information on when tickets go on sale or how I can get passes, I'd be greatfull. Hell, these are the guys who got me into metal!

LA show is definatly going to blow away the Chicago and Detroit shows. I am really considering in driving from Vegas to LA to catch that Sunday show.

I have never seen Anthrax either, growing up in Eastern Canada I never had the chance to see them, now I only hope they come out West somewhere so I can check them out.

Never seen them live? Oh just wait, it'll be the most unbelievable show you've ever seen, guaranteed. I've seen them 8 times, all ranking as the top 8 live experiences for me ever. Be sure to post a review!

Yeah i've seen them six times, Only once with Bush. 1st time i seen them it was 1987 "Among the Living" Tour. Seen 'em on the headbangers ball tour, & Clash of the titans, Seen 'em open for Iron Maiden, Then about two years ago I seen them with Bush for my 1st time. Then last Friday for the opening leg of the reunion tour. I gotta say when i seen them with Bush i was dissapointed, The band was great, But the turn out was terrible! It was at Harpos in Detroit & there was maybe 200 people there, Including Ticket takers, Bar tenders, & Bouncers. But this time with Joey & Dan at Harpos, They packed the place!!! Its obvious this line up pulls the older fans out of the wood work!! Make sure you see them with this line up!!

Seen them for the first time last year in Belfast with bush and despite a piss poor turn-out it was indeed one of the best gigs i've ever seen. Fair fucks to the guys, they didn't let that deter them from ripping the place apart. I respect the fact that they still put in maximum effort despite the turn-out.

I seen Metallica and Motorhead soon after and despite their hype they weren't a patch on the Thrax!!!!

Never seen Motorhead, But i've seen Metallica two times back in the 80's. I gotta agree with ya. Anthrax is a much better live band than Metallica. & Like i said with Bush, the only thing that dissapointed me was the turn out, Anthrax still kicked ass. I like 'em with Bush, I was just bummed there werent more people there. Seems my generation didnt show up to see 'em with Bush, But they got off the couch for the reunion!!

Hopefully you get to see them soon. I saw them once with Bush and once with Joey. They were both good shows but the one with Joey was far better. Bush wasn't bad but it just wasn't the same..

That Belfast show was fucking awesome. Much better crowd than Dublin, wilder as well. Ive never seen as many crowd surfers since the late 80s, early 90's. We saw them in Dublin the night before as well, and only Belfast got a second encore. You could tell the band were mega impressed with the crowd, despite the small numbers.

I remember seeing gigs in the Ulster Hall that were packed front to back and side to side. I crowd surfed one gig, from the sound desk to the pit at the front they were that packed, but that was 15 years ago.

Sure, I'd love that. Can't wait for the show, it's going to be awsome. That's a childhood dream coming true right there!
