Nevermore cover song

This is going to be sweet...

I just started jamming with a drummer friend of mine... we're going to record a cover of a Nevermore song... and its turning out pretty cool for only learning the song for the last 2 hours... and not really ever listening to it beforehand...

If anyone care to take a guess... its a cool song...

If I had to choose it would be The Seven Tongues of god, Insignificant, Enemies of Reality or A Future Uncertain.

I'm not going to say which song it is, but its off Dreaming Neon Black...

Though, river dragon was close... i almost did that one... maybe next time...

I did it online with members from the nevermore forum and musicianforums.com.

Early mixing days btw... Also on this recording, I went in and replaced each individual snare and kick drum hit with a snare/kick sample because I had no idea about software that did that for you.

yeah, the singer is even doing a pretty good job with it...

the song I'm doing is going to be slightly different than the original... try to switch it up in an interesting fashion... I cant wait to get the drums tracked... its all downhill from there...
