Impaled skulls are so 80s. I have no idea how that is supposed to represent the title, but besides DNB I don't think any of their album covers are that great.

I think Travis Smith sucks tbh. I've never understood why he's mentioned in promo press releases..."new album by xxx, with artwork by Travis Smith!!". WTF.

Best thing Novembers Doom ever did was get rid of him, and voila, their best cover ever for Pale Haunt.

Oh yeah, impaled skulls work for Watchmaker.

The cover art was done by Hugh Syme who's worked with Megadeth, Rush, and Extol. I like Smith's work, especially on Novembre's Novembrine Waltz. Mattias Noren ( http://www.progart.com ) is great, too. Even so, I don't like Nevermore that much, and Bathory are fags. *ducks and covers*
