Yup..saves me a lot of travel, by that point I prolly would have been so burned out I'd be found sleeping in a corner. Getting Chicago in my schedule is proving to be hard enough....... and you still owe me a beer Karen... no way your getting off this easy! Speaking of beer I just cleaned out one place of Hoegaarden for 5 bucks a six pack. Guy told me to take it all because I was the only one buying it any way!

Just got this via email:

NEVERMORE regretfully announce that they will not be unable to perform at this year’s New England Metal and Hardcore Fest. According to Jeff Loomis (guitar), the band were unable to replace Chris Broderick, who joined Megadeth recently, and are unable to play as a 4-piece. Loomis further comments: “We have tried to work as a 4-piece band, but were unable to reach the real NEVERMORE sound, especially in a live setting, which is what our fans could expect from us. We really feel sorry about this, as we know that our fans were waiting to see us at the New England Metal Fest. We hope to see you all soon.”
