New Amp Sim: LE456

Ok guys I have been able to reproduce the bug and I think I have fixed it. Still doing some tests. Eddy and mefourtwelve, do you mind doing some tests with the new version ? I'm gonna put a download link in your pm.

Okay, I quickly ran the same tests as I did before (channel B with keFir, ch A without keFir, ch B without keFir) and there was no problem, all tracks played fine. It seems to be working. :)

This amp sim is the best sounding I've ever tried, free or commercial. Never played one that handled palm mutes better or that sounded better with my tone knob turned all the way down.

I don't like the way TSS sounds with it so I'm using AudioDamage FuzzPlus pushing Simulanalog Boss SD-1 instead. It turns this amp into a chainsaw of doom!

Concerning the skin. I like it but I think 2 things could make it better:
1) Having numbers on the knobs
2) double-clicking a knob resets it to 12 o'clock
In case you didn't know when you hold down Ctrl and mouse the knob it will reset to 12:00.

Also if you hold down shift while mousing a knob it makes the knob less sensitive to movement (finer control).

A huge thanks to Poulin for taking the time and effort. Your work is sure to appear on some killer tracks! :muahaha:

Just finished my tests, and all works great now. Thanks!

I have the same CPU problem in cubase SX3. more than 2 tracks and it's overloaded. I can overcome this by using group tracks but just wanted to put it out there...

no apologies necessary! I think I can speak for most of us when I say that we appreciate all of this great stuff you are coming up with.

I'd like to see the settings for those of you that are boosting with the soloc. I'm boosting it with the TSS and it sounds great to me.

GGate is a good free gate.

I've had a lot of luck using Orange Matamp, Keiffer's Man-o-War and Catharsis Fredman impulses.
