And you're obviously Bendeth's single biggest nut-swinger as you literally only ever show up in threads where he or his work are being discussed to "defend" him (when he's not even really being attacked)...
BMTH don't cater to a metal crowd, they obviously wouldn't exist without metal or hardcore, but to actually think of them as some sort of offshoot of bands who strongly identify with traditional metal or hardcore subcultures and music is wrong IMO.
this sounds nothing like bendeth's older mixes. this is the first thing ive heard from his team that wasnt (99%) mixed by dan korneff (dan no longer works with bendeth). all bendeth does is slide a couple faders and gets 'mixer' credits. he even admitted it on gearslutz once haha. compare this to the latest pierce the veil record (produced/mixed by korneff) and PTV absolutely KILLS this horrible mix. i am assuming that bmth were expecting to get a korneff mix, but got this instead...
Bring Me The Hair-Straighteners can lick my balls.
BTW when I typed in amp settings f on google the first thing to pop of course is amp settings for bring me the horizon. I mean seriously?
no words.

True to the point I'm still confused why they were supporting on the Machine Head tour and placed after Devildriver...
I know Robb Flynn is a big fan of them but...
Yeah well PTV was all Dan and Kato and neither of them are at the HOL anymore, which is too bad cause they would have done a good mix on this song.

Kato never mixed anything before, and Dan hasn't worked with Bendeth for over a year, next. I will wait until the record comes out to make my decision. I think Costey or Baressi could have killed it too.
Politics:
a) Devil Driver probably sell less records
b) record company connections
c) buy-on budget (BMTH probably have more money available for touring and paying for the spot)
That's just the obvious ones. There are probably more.
