mine is asio 2.0 too
i cant get less than 5ms and also the clip led indicator on the pod always lighting up...

awesome as usual, i think you should try to get away from the pod though. i still think your best tone is on the sonar of engl clip!

haha i actually think the tone in that particular clip is horrible, but i know that i can get overall better results miking my amp, however i cant start miking my amp until i move out of my apt sadly...so its going to be podxt for a while!!

i use the bigbottom model and the gate on the pod, sometimes i will also use an ns2 in front to tighten things up and i just boost the mids a little on the post eq.

how did you record the bass, what kinda fx did you use on it ?

the bass is actually very similar to the guitar patch, just a lot less gain and the bass is boosted

Really? I've always played it with the 1/4 jack.

I must do some try. Any gadget needed or just connect it to the USB?
Then how do you manage in your Cubase or whatever to choose the recording inputs?

i personally use the 1/4 in jack as well, its simpler and it allows me to use my firepod as my soundcard when recording and mixing which is way better!
