New cd skips

Does anyone else have a skipping problem with Enemies of Reality? It only skips in my portable cd player and I've been trying to fix it but I have no choice but to take it back. I had a skipping problem with the Politics of Ecstasy also but I fixed that. They were both brand new though.

Well I got another one and it skips too. I dont think its my player because it plays all my other cds. I've noticed century media doesnt seem to take care of their cds. Or whoever controls that. I've seen iced earth cd cases cracked and now three nevermore cds that skip and they're brand new. I really hope Nevermore leaves that crap label.
