New Dream Theater song. Comments?

Booooo. This better be the worst song on the album. I thought they had turned a corner with Octavarium, but this just sinks right back into the muck of ToT. Boring song, no vocal arrangement, no creativity. DT was once the pinnacle of music composition, intelligence, and melody -- now they're a joke. This is a lazy, "phone it in" piece of junk.

I guess I should just be happy for 1989 - 1999 and pretend they stopped there.


EDIT: I mean seriously, if you're going to rehash yourself, at least rehash your good material. With this song, it's like they're trying to suck.

Exactly where he should be. I'm tired of hearing the "circus music" keyboard sound in a lot of the songs.

DT needs to get back to rocking and away from writing long songs for the sake of writing a long song. I like when they get all heavy like on Train of Thought, and leave Jordan in the background.
