New Dream Theater song!

I actually really like this song! I like it better than anything since Metropolis PII. It's pretty Metallica inspired in parts, like some of Train of Thought but this is a much better attempt at that sort of thing. Look forward to this album!

Yeah it's nothing on anything from Awake, Images and Words or SFAM but it's as good as anything on the other albums. I love the bay area chorus FOREVERMORE, INTO THE DARK, BLISTERING!
It reminds me of Forbidden or something.

Has some great parts in it (mid section is mad) but on the whole not THAT into it... I preffered the songs Panic Attack, Octavarium and Honour thy Father to anything since Awake including this - excepting of course the best moments from Scenes from a Memory.

Having said that, it is pretty cool... definately deserves a few more listens.

I hated it at first because of how much they hyped up the release, but after listening to it daily many times, it has really grown on me.
