Abyss, would you say you prefer AD's overheads/room over Superiors?

Superior has better OHs. AD is average at best for me.

EDIT: Do you mean DFHS or S2.0?

Drums are AD + Slate Kick/Snare.
Bass is just the DI of an old Fender bass, very loose strings



Nothing much really, just leveled everything, replaced kick/snare put a limiter on the mix bus, added some highend eq boost and cranked it.

yes you got me. I used the Omega Thirteen on that mix. You just put on the mix and do a mixdown. Voilá. But don't tell anyone, I don't want everybody to know my dirty little secret

recording that stupid riff 4x ~ 2 mins.
recording bass ~ 1min.
panning and leveling ~ 2 min.
mixdown ~ 10sec.
peeing ~ 1 min (I have to go downstairs...)
uploading and posting link on thread ~ 1 min.

ok, that's a lil bit more than 5 min but come on...

Yes, DFHS has definately the best OHs in a VST kit.
I hear good things from that expansion for S2.0 though, haven't tried it out myself as of yet (no $$$)

Here is a test i did really quick. Its with my FX send of my 5150. It was recorded on a volume of 1. Cause my 5150 wont work on standby. And its late.
