I would like to think so 50 watts isn't usually that much less loud than 100w.

my 20w rev jr is loud enough for gigging, especially since if its a proper gig its gnna be micd up anyway!!!

50w -> 100w = like 3dB or something stupid like that. Not much at all...

The 20w, like my 20w Jr. standard is plenty loud through a 4x12 for a gig
