Sorry that I'm answering this for him. Nevermore did want Smyth to go out with them again (they just played the New England Metal & Hardcore Fest), but his priority is Testament. Right now... as we all know, Testament was "supposed to be" winding down from The Metal Gods Tour. So... Nevermore had Jag Panzer's Chris Broderick help 'em out.
