I have been broke for like last 3 months because of preparing for ProgPower and then after. So I have been kind of out of the loop as far as recent releases goes. Could some people post some of the newer releases they have gotten, so I can see what I have been missing. Or if a new album will be coming out for the band shortly since I missed the initial post.

I picked up the latest from Lizzy Borden and Helloween yesterday and both are solid releases.....

After ProgPower I finally picked up Iced Earth - Framing Armageddon, which for a while was kicking my flat ass on a daily basis!

And I also finally purchased Nightwish - Dark Passion Play... and it's growing on me. Nothing blew me away to start with on this one. It's taking me a little longer to warm up to this one than the last couple from Nightwish. And it's not because of the new singer either. I do like her and think she fits just fine.

And I also picked up Overkill - Immortalis, which basically picks up where the last couple of theirs left off. Solid recording from the Wrecking Crew!

Thanks guys, the artist who did the cover is Valentina Kallias from Sweden, very talented. Alot of her work has a Giger flavor to it. Really fits the theme of the new album very well. Her site is valiart.com if anyone wants to take a look.

All are worth buying in my opinion.
