Hi guys, if you get a chance please have a listen to a VERY early mix of a track i'm working with a band at the minute. The vox haven't been tracked so I don't want to bog it down with plug-ins till I can bang up the latency for playback only.
This has no automation or processing on anything except a high pass filter on the overheads. The kick is drumagog'ed. There's 4 guitar tracks, all 5150 with a Daphon overdrive in front into a old Marshall with 30wt celestions. I had a SM57 at the centre (on axis) , a red 5 off axis and a Joe Meek JM47 on the cab but ended up just using the sm57 on all 4 tracks.

The bass is prob too loud and the clean guitar too quiet but it was more to get a general feel of everything.
It's "mastered" with Mr Sneap's C4 setting and an L2 to bring the level up.
