good choice with the 81 in the neck... 85 = muddy pickup in a muddy position

Yeah man, I was actually gonna pull the trigger on one like that, but ended up getting an SZ because it fit my budget a bit better. I LOVE the hardware color on those RGT's. Satin cosmo black? I hope it holds up well, tho.

Well, I like the reversed Zakk Wylde set, lol. I like the 85 in the bridge and the 81 in the neck.

@Metaltastic: Yeah i remember that thread Marcus, i liked the emg the most.. But since this are the EMTY i think its not the same.. but who knows maybe ill end up with the good old 81

@Rex Yeah its Satin cosmo black, no problem ATM.. Im not so sure about the 85 on the bridge.. since this is a mahogany guitar it might get to muddy.. Maybe ill end up using same config as devin townsend 81's (Bridge and neck)..

The Blackout EMTYs will have more headroom.
Yes I know "18 volt mod with EMGS blah blah" but it's much nicer to only need one battery and a 9 volt Blackout has more headroom than an 18 volt EMG set anyway.
