hmmm, its sounding pretty good already, but the one thing that keeps bugging me is theres too much low-mid mud on the acoustic guitar. The style is way different from what I'm used to, but everything else seems to fit.

yeah... its just acoustic guitar bass drums vocals and piano... so I left a lot of the mids in there to kind of beef it up and not have the guitar sound too thin and weak.

vocals are a little loud in opening measures (for my taste). I think the acoustic guitar would sound nicer if it was sharper, it is a little muddy. Perhaps you could thin it out a little and let the bass do a bit more low mid work?
However i would never be able to achieve the sounds you've got so....

Yeah, I definitely need to tweak some things... it not done... but not far off... and I need to bring the vocal down in a couple spots...

I just got my new monitors and it proving better in translation, I'm just not used to them yet...
