I used it once, back when I visited other forums. I kept seeing some dude in various places bumping old threads and adding nothing but a smiley, no words or anything. He did like 90 posts in a row like that all over UM and I clicked that button, I said something like "this dude is just an asshole" and Deron wrote back saying "yeah, I banned him for a week and he apologized, apparently he was drunk."
