Saw Omnium Gatherum open for Dark Tranquillity. They were a pretty uninteresting live band, and the vocalist seemed like he was not trying. Kind of quietly mumbling the lyrics.

Not really a fan anyways.

Omnium Gatherum is awesome. Their last three albums have all been killer, but especially New World Shadows. One of the best melodeath albums of the past 10 or 15 years I reckon.

For some unknown reason I listened to Cradle of Filth's Midian for the first time in probably 7 or 8 years. Forgot how annoying Dani Filth can be, dude is a solid lyricist but someone remove the cat from his throat. I still don't know why they are hated so deeply by some, there are way worse bands worth hating .
