What do you think of the album? It always takes me very long to make up my mind about a new Katatonia release, but after five listenings it still hasn't really kicked in. There's some interesting moments, but I'm not yet blown away or anything. Love the fact that they covered Enter the Hunt as a bonus track, but the original song still destroys the Katatonia version. I hope it will grow on me.. I have secretly been wishing for some time that they drop the urge to become more 'progressive' and strip their sound down to the bare essentials and tear my soul apart like they used to almost two decades ago..

I've only given it one complete spin, so can't really say for now. I did enjoy it, but I feel I need some more listens to say for sure It's a better first listen than The Fall of Hearts imo
