Hwwauoch. My first metal listening of 2019, even though this is 2018 release.

This is some Russian Crepuscular Negro I suppose? Fucked up dissonant black metal with ravaging drums, lot of reverb, and never-settling riffs. Sometimes reminds me of Dark Tribe.
