I think my girlfriend actually allowed me to listen to old Manilla Road at home if I keep the volume down. This might seem petty to you, but it's a huge win for mankind, basically. I am not allowed to wear the tour t-shirt outside yet, but we will get there eventually. It's all about going slow and steady.

All I can say is that it's a good thing we don't all want the same things relationship-wise. I wear my battle vest to a first date. At least that's my new policy going forward, That's how I filter the wheat from the chaff.

I don't know how much any of you like Bach transcribed for different instruments, but find it really refreshing at times. Like with English Suites arranged for two guitars. I used to listen to Glenn Gould's version of English Suites quite a lot on my way to my job as a receptionist which I hated and I started to have some sort of aversion towards it, because it reminded me of those times.

This is free of anything. Really nicely done as well. Before this album I listened to cello suites transcribed for saxophone, also nice.

This is kind of pathetic really.

Well I actually prefer to listen to shit in my headphones because I know I listen to weird shit and I don't want to push it down people's throats. It doesn't feel good to listen to it out loud with other people around. Music sex is my personal time tbh. Vanilla Toad is ok though, my girlfriend says it's cute. Sometimes she lets some jazz play and I don't mind either so we're good. She likes good shit.

EDIT: Reminds me of the time we went to see Brad Mehldau together, or when we went to see Messiaen's Turanga-Lila. Opposite of pathetic, really.
