O/T: Drinking Question

I know you lushes around here can help me out.

I was driving past this bar tonight, and saw a sign that said $2.50 Kiltlifter. At first I thought it could possibly be the name of a band, but $2.50 is an awfully small cover, so I'm guessing that Kiltlifter is a drink.

Does anyone know what's in it? Are they any good?

Kiltlifter

1.5 oz Scotch, single malt
1.0 oz Drambuie, Glayva or Lochanora
2.5 oz Rose's Lime Juice

Mixing instructions:

Shake gently and pour over ice in old fashioned glass.
