O/T Redneck High

Apparently my town is the redneck high school of America. On the radio they said how our High School won the FFA thing for like the 5th year in a row. Or more. Just about every year we win it I guess. So does that make my high school the most redneck school in the nation?

My husband's co-worker's son competes in that every year. He wins a lot, too. They're about the most redneck people we know. But it looks like you've got a whole town-full!!

We have a fair, and the only bands they ever get are country. This whole area is full of rednecks.

Tell me about it. As soon as you get away from Cleveland in Ohio, you are in Redneck Heaven. Some rednecks can be really cool. I have friends that are kind of rednecks. Others can be real losers. The rednecks voted in our current moronic governor who's running our state into the ground.

I digress. Thanks for info on FFA. Not a lot of farmers out there anymore, is there?

The teacher for FFA lived by me, in the middle of our small city...I was like, uh, why're you the FFA guy...and then they win all the time...some rednecks are cool, some aren't. We used to mess with them on the cb radios.

So do ours, and we're in Washington State. Our high school has a barn and farm on its campus.

Yeah, we've slaughtered a couple of pigs before that his co-worker raised for us. They're yummy. But I could never send my own pig in. And I clean up enough shit around here.

My dad's old-school Euro-redneck. I've helped him slaughter many an animal over the years. Often, in our Suburban, middle-class garage. Pigs screaming as loud as they can must have been strange-sounding to the neighbors?!!

I love eating meat, but my involvement ends at picking it out at the grocery store. If I actually had to slaughter anything, I'd be a vegetarian. (Yes, I'm a weenie, at least I can admit it.)

There used to be dairy farms right over my back fence but they moved into another county. In California we get most of our food from central California, lots of farming there. We get some rodeo in LA\OC too. Shit I'm a redneck sometimes. Now I wanna crank David Allan Coe.
