It was a good speech.

There were some missteps while he was sworn in though. It was kind of funny. Michelle was laughing.

I heard that this was due to the guy who was giving the oath (or whatever) saying it wrong. I guess Obama already had it memorized and didn't want to repeat the wrong thing. At least that's what I heard.

Well it's actually written in law that the president elect becomes president at the stroke of noon, whether or not he's actually sworn in by then, but obviously it's a nice formality for the two to coincide.
