I've already said this in another thread but anyway, it's good to see someone else from Bris on here (ahoy Mark :D ). You go to the Excruciate/Oni/Devolved gig on Saturday?

I've noticed that most of the Aussie's on this forum are either from Victoria or Queensland... interesting....

What do my parents have to do with it? :confused: I don't even live in the same suburb as my mum...?

I would love to see devolved... A mate of mine was doing the engineering for their australia tour a while ago... i'm not sure if it actually happened or not... That would have been awesome...

*sigh*. You misunderstand. Of course I recognised the sarcasm you were using, only you said you could stay out "all night" until "8.00".

So if you had to be back by 8.00 you obviously wouldn't be staying out all night.

Get it?!!
 
Ah well. Was a pretty good show. Actually I just sat in the corner drinking beer for pretty much the whole time but it was still fun. I think there's another pretty damn good gig coming up...April 12th, man I don't know if that's the right date or not. Gabba Hotel, Chalice, Astriaal, someone else and -drum roll- Tripwire! These guys rule. It's good to see something other than black/death bands.

In any case, I think half the metal popluation of this city will be turning up just to see the Chalice chickies :)
 
Dunno, haven't heard em as yet. Still, Tripwire and Astriaal :D \m/

Time for my bitch of a 5pm lecture. Hey if you get the chance or have IRC, get onto Dalnet and join #brisbane-metal. We rule :D

I'm from Brisvegas as well...that makes 4 of us at least.

If we can coerce some more out, we may be able to rival the Melbournites! :spin:
 
Sorry to dissapoint you all... But i'm really melbournian... I've only been in brisbane for a few years.
