Old Man Gloom - Christmas

I'd heard this album a while back but the songs really struck home just last week. Awesome stoner influenced post-hardcore. Songs like 'Sleeping with Snakes' and 'The Volcano' are some of the most impressive stormers i've ever heard.
For those who've never heard them, they are a supergroup of members from Cave In and Converge who are by far the premier bands in the hardcore genre.

I guess they more than deserve a thread here, especially when there is a thread for even TMV

cave in is most definetly not "hardcore." not even their first 2 records.

and the OMG songs i heard didn't impress me, didn't care for em.
