Sorry for the title but I didn't know how else to describe this.
Is there anyway in cubase to import a whole song into another song
say for example I have a template where I track and edit and then a template where I just mix and I wanted to take all the edited files with plugin chains from the editing template and import them into the mixing template, is there a simple way to do this??

Sorry if this has been discussed before, I'll be honest I didn't search I'm kind of in a rush ):

1 - Open session A
2 - Select some tracks
3 - File > Export > Selected Tracks
4 - Open session B
5 - File > Import > Track Archive
6 - ????
7 - Profit

OR did you mean:

1 - Open session A
2 - Select track(s)
3 - Right click on mixer > Save Selected Channels
4 - Open session B
5 - Select track(s), same tracks as you did on session A
6 - Right click on mixer > Load Selected Channels
7 - ????
8 - Profit

Haha I guess both are useful. What do I save the files as in the first scenario to open them as a track archive?

Sorry I read alittle on xml data and I think it confused me.

NVM. I think I might have figured it out!
