Agreed, for me the only real standouts on Empire are the title track and Anybody Listening, though only a few songs toward the end I'd consider bad...if only they had expanded on the sound of PL instead of getting slogged down trying to aim for whatever people actually enjoy albums as pedestrian as Q2K...

"Anybody Listening?" is HOLYGODAMAZING. One of the top five greatest "power ballads" of all fucking time. I bow before it.
