Opeth A-Z

I'm studying for my PhD comps all day today (they are tomorrow ), and I've rigged my computer to play all 61 Opeth songs from Advent to Wreath in alphabetical order. I'm on "Baying of the Hounds, The" (6 songs in) and I'm smiling like an idiot already. This is such a good idea imo.

Are there any other bands which you could listen to A-Z? Have you ever done so? I've tried a few times with other bands, but I never make it all the way through (usually because I pick bands that are over 25 years old!). I should be able to make it here, though - the 61 songs are 8.3 hours according to iTunes. I should be done in time for dinner...

That's what I'm listening to - the 8 albums. The only tracks I don't have are the two demos and the b-sides to BP. So the answer is: just over 8 hours.

I've pretty much always had music on while studying. I guess that's just the way I am. I'm working on my 4th college degree, so it seems to be working so far!

4th degree..!!!!...wow....impressive.....if not too intrusive...waht are u studyin/majoring...and waht are teh last 3 ones.....just curious....and yeha u shoudl try playing teh Anathema A-z or Katatonia.....thats killer stuff right there too....PEAC EOUT

Why? I can't play an instrument, I can't draw anything more complicated then stick figures, and my jump shot is a spectacle to be laughed at. For the most part, I suck at life. I just happen to be good at math and teaching.
