always the threads are about "the best...."

I play in a Opeth tribute band. the band was talking about what song will be the next to play and learn... the drummer said "let´s play moonlapse vertigo"
I said "no!!, let`s play a better song like White Cluster, By The Pain I See In Others or Wreath...

there are songs you dislike or like less than others?

my Opeth songs in that range:

dirge for november
funeral portrait
patterns in the ivy (I and II)
atonement
weakness
ending credits
all GR album except Ghost of Perdition and The Baying Of The Hounds

what are yours?

bye

In my opinion Moonlapse > White Cluster > Wreath > By the Pain.

In answer to your question, the only song that I can truly say that I have some kind of dislike for is The Grand Conjuration.

How you can not like Beneath the Mire, Dirge for November, or Ending Credits is beyond my comprehension. Godly songs they are.

I don't care so much for Weakness though.

"I said "no!!, let`s play a better song like White Cluster, By The Pain I See In Others or Wreath..."

LOL

Hell, I even like TGC. I guess the radio edit of it and, say... no, shit, even the demos are fucking necro.

The radio edit of TGC. That is all.

Opeth songs I straight up don't like:

Credence
Hours of Wealth (except the intro)
Beneath the Mire

Opeth songs I like considerably less than most:

When
Dirge for November
Funeral Portrait
Wreath
Master's Apprentices, except the acoustic part
