Opeth Concerts

Depends on where you are from.
Like in Canada, legal drinking age is 19. So if they played at say a small club, minors wouldnt be too lucky getting in.
But the last time they played in Toronto, they sold out a fairly good sized venue. I wasn't 19 at that time but it was an all ages show. So no problems there.

Next time they come here, I will be 19 with a beet in hand to give to either Akerfeldt or Lindgren. \m/

All of them are All Ages. Unless you're drinking, then you need ID

No. Depends on the venue, even the date sometimes. E.g Two gigs at the same place, two nights in a row. One maybe Open ages and the other is 18+. Think that's the deal in Melbourne.

Oh man,... This sucks.. I want to go to the gig in Auckland in late April.
That is.. if it's not 18+. I don't even have the bloody money.
It's so gutting when people I know are going and they'll come back and tell me how great it was.

Im planning to go to the Auckland show aswell (luckily im over 18).

I'd geuss that its all ages at the st james... not sure, but lets hope so for your sake :)

I'd start saving now or get a job or whatever it takes, afterall, who knows when opeth will next visit our secluded corner of the world?

I've actually been thinking to myself of how I could seriously get up there (I live in Dunedin, more specifically Mosgiel) and I know a guy who is going up.
So far I have $40.
I don't have a job and I get $4 a week pocket money left over from the $8 a week that goes into the Hire Purchase of my guitar for another 2 years.
I could save untill then and maybe somehow get the rest off my parents, and also get a job in the meantime.
But knowing me I won't get a job in the meantime.
