They'll be able to get away with whatever they want.... they'll just say it's based on a font they saw somewhere.

(Though technically the original 'O' was handwritten, ot technically, drawn, so if they can't provide evidence of this 'font', they may get in trouble, though I doubt anyone will be persuing action anyway)

The company that designed the cider bottle was founded in 1996. Opeth started using their current logo ALSO in 1996!! THIS IS AMAZING!! TIMO KETOLA RIPPED THE LOGO FROM A CIDER BOTTLE!!
