And I believe there was just a news item saying they'd be in the studio a week or two more.

supposedly it slows down the server, or some BS. UM still loads like a pile of shit sometimes, even without it, and it's not my browser, because other sites load just fine, and UM is still slow.

When someone does a search it has to look through every single thread and every single post ever made (which on this BBS is probably pretty well into the millions). If a bunch of people are doing this at once the servers take a huge fucking hit and monthly bandwidth costs skyrocket and the site becomes slow as shit.
